As a result, we no longer offer some services that you may once have expected from us, however, we now also offer new services we previously didn’t. For this reason, in order to avoid confusion we have compiled a list of services that we offer at Agencia Hispana.

Notary Services

Requirements to Notarize a Document

Requirements to notarize a documents are as follow

  • The person required to sign the document needs to be present and sign in front of the notary
  • Valid I.D.

The price to notarize a document is $10 per signature and seal.

We are also able to help you fill out the most common forms that need a Notary Seal and Signature.

Apostilles

When presenting documents for foreign transaction you might be asked for an apostille of the documents you are presenting. You might ask what is an apostille? An apostille is a documents that certifies that the documents is an original or that it is authentic and valid in the state which it was issued in.

We can help you get your birth certificates, translations and other documents authenticated. For this process you will need a valid U.S. Issued I.D. and the original document.

Things to keep in mind is that the State of Texas is the organization responsible for handing out the apostilles, so all documents that need the apostille are sent to austin and can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to authenticate. Translations

We also offer document translations services, starting at $50 dollar per document; we are able to translate all documents ready to submit with immigration paper work or to authenticate with the State of Texas.

Tax Preparation

Taxes do not have to be stressful; they also don’t have to be expensive. At Agencia Hispana we offer competitive rates for Tax Preparation. For over 30 years we have helped streamline tax preparations for individuals and business owners*.

Individuals

For individual tax payers we offer the following services:

  • E-file (electronically filling tax return for a faster refund)

  • ITIN Renovations and ITIN Applications (first time)

Business

*At the moment we are only offering tax preparations to Single Member LLC’s and Sole Proprietor’s. In order to offer our best work to all clients, we do not at the moment offer Tax preparation to S-crop’s, C-corp’s and multi member LLC’s

For small business owners and sole proprietors we offer the following services:

Green Card Renewals

Renewing your green card doesn’t not have to be stressful. Below are the requirements to renew your Green Card with us.

  • Green Card
  • SSN
  • Money Order or Cashier Check of $465

While its relatively simple application, the time immigration is taking to issue new Green Cards is around 3 years. If you have been a Legal Permanent Resident for more than 5 years you can apply to be a U.S. Citizen.

For those with that have a received a two year Green Card (a provisional green card) we are also able to help you renew. However the requirements are very different and you would need to call out office so we can better explain the process.

Naturalization Process

After 5 years of being a Legal Permanent Resident, you can apply for citizenship. Below are some requirements for citizenship application:

  • List of residences over the last 5 years
  • List of Employers over the last 5 Years
  • Marriage Certificate if applicable
  • Divorce Certificate if applicable
  • Money Order or Cashier Check of $760

When you apply for citizenship, the process can take up to 5 months. Something’s to keep in mind are:

  • Citizenship Exam
    • Out of a list of 100 question, 10 random question will be asked and you must answer 6 of the 10 correctly.
    • The questions will encompass anything from U.S. History to U.S. Government. It’s important that you study and be prepared to answer any of the 100 questions
  • Interview
    • The interview will be taken in English, as well as the exam, unless you meet the requirement to take the exam in a different language.
  • Past Criminal Record
    • If you have any past criminal record, such as felonies or misdemeanors, immigration will ask for the final court deposition
    • If you any child support you will be asked for proof that it is being paid.

Family Petitions

If you are a citizen or resident we are able to help you apply for an I-130 family petition. For petition requirement we ask that you make an appointment so we can better advise you. Every situation is different so while some solutions work for others, that same solution might not be your best option.
